If it's the engine you're wanting to cool, you can grab this kit # D15605 which comes with a sandwich adapter with multiple thread sizes to ensure that it will thread into your Tacoma. If you're wanting to add an oil cooler to your 2010 Toyota Tacoma, you won't need the Derale Thermostatic Sandwich Adapter # D25720. All you need is a cooler like this one # D12906. The cooler will just go in between where the transmission oil comes out and enters back in the tranny.
