Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look together at these Deka Multi-Accessory Terminals with wire crimp terminals. Now, this is basically a battery terminal adapter that's gonna give you extra connection points for your accessories. So, if you're running things like fused electronics, chargers and other add-ons directly off your battery, this is gonna make everything a lot cleaner and easier to wire. So, this includes multiple crimp terminals.
So, you're gonna be able to hook up different wire sizes right away on our positive adapter here. I went ahead and loosened the screw, so I could remove the top here just so I could show you. Each terminal's gonna come with two connectors for 14 to 16 gauge wire and two for 10 to 12 gauge wire, which covers most common accessory wiring. It's also built to handle harsh environments, especially marine use. The plate is made from brass and the screws are stainless steel.
So, they're gonna do a great job of resisting corrosion and they're gonna hold up really well around moisture. Installation's gonna be straightforward because the terminals are color coded. Red, obviously for positive and black for negative. So, it's gonna be very easy to keep everything wired correctly. And these are designed to fit standard battery stud sizes.
You're gonna have 3/8ths inch stud for the positive side and 5/6ths inch stud for the negative, which are common on many batteries. But overall, this is going to be a simple upgrade that's going to organize reliable power connections for multiple accessories, all without cluttering your battery terminals.
