Will the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit 8K Work With 7K Axles

Question:
I have a 2018 Grand Design Solitude 377MBS 5th wheel. I currently have Lippert 7000 lb axles on it. I would like to add this system but go with 8000 lb springs vs 7000. It doesn’t look like this will be an issue as all other component between 7000 lb kit and 8000 lb kit are the same with the exception of springs. Am I understanding this correctly?

Yes, you can use the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit 8K part # RM-2460-2580 with 7,000 lb axles.
