Blue Ox SwayPro VS TrackPro Weight Distribution System

Question:
I am trying to figure why would I choose a Blue OX Swaypro over Blue OX Trackpro or vice versa. My TV is a 2012 Chevy Avalanche that is towing a Micro Minnie 2306bhs. Towing capacity is 7900lbs and the GVWR of the trailer is 6000lbs. Tongue weight could be as high as 750. I want a distribution hitch that offers the best weight distribution possible and offers great anti-sway capability. I have not heard a great argument from one or the other. I have noticed the Blue OX Trackpro is similar to the Equalizer. Is this their answer to their competitor? Why would I choose one over the other brand?

Expert Reply:
I would recommend that Blue Ox TrackPro # BLU77FR simply because it does not have lift chains like the SwayPro # BXW1006. Both will do a great job but the TrackPro will have a little less movement because of the absence of drop chains. Blue Ox is a popular brand and most other competitors are around the same quality if not a little less.

What is the benefits of the chains? It’s my understanding that the sway pro is the mac daddy. What information from the original poster would’ve changed the best fit from the track to the sway pro w chains??
