When crosswinds or passing trucks try to push your trailer around, the Blue Ox TrackPro holds it steady. The system uses steel-on-steel friction between the trunnion spring bars and the L-brackets to keep the trailer in line. If sway starts, friction works instantly to pull it back behind the tow vehicle. The rigid, frame-mounted brackets add strength to the setup, while the positive caster built into the hitch head helps the trailer self-center after turns.
If your setup feels unbalanced or the back of your tow vehicle sags under load, this hitch brings everything back to level. It evenly distributes tongue weight across all axles, helping you tow up to 10,000 lbs gross weight with tongue weights from 800 to 1,000 lbs. The result is a smoother, more stable ride that helps maintain proper control and steering.
Setting up a weight distribution system can be tricky, but the TrackPro makes it straightforward. The hitch head comes with a pre-set pitch, so there’s no need to stack washers or adjust thumb screws. Just move the head up or down along the included 9-hole shank to match your trailer height. The shank offers up to 4-1/2" of drop and 10-1/2" of rise, so you can dial in the perfect level position.
This system is built from powder coated steel for strength and corrosion resistance. The tapered spring bars flex to absorb bumps without making the ride harsh, and grease zerks on the trunnions make lubrication simple. Every major component you need is included—head assembly, adjustable shank, 2-5/16" hitch ball, spring bars, sway control L-brackets, lift lever, pin and clip, and installation hardware—so it’s ready to go out of the box.
You don’t have to unhook the system every time you need to reverse. The TrackPro allows backing up while maintaining sway control, making it easier to maneuver into campsites, driveways, or storage areas without extra steps.

Works just as it should as my 20trailer is now stable without sway and my tow vehicle rides level. I have also noticed rotating hardware on the trailer frame, but only to a point where the flat bottom of the torsion bar lies flat against the L bracket whereas it doesnt rotate any further. Ive kept it at this slight angle and it works great. Heavy duty and built tough.

Oh my goodness! Typically I would recommend touching up the hitch with a rust resistant paint as over time the powder coating will become marred. However since it has not been that long I will have the manufacturer reach out to you.

Great - it performs well in greatly reducing sway from semi-trucks and high winds. Best to watch video on how to set up anti-sway system. It was useful to know to raise the hitch using jack lift to make it easy to use the pry tool to put sway bars onto the trailer.
