Im looking for a receiver hitch to mount on rear of camper to pull a 2nd trailer with sxs atv etc.

The Curt hitch part # 13703 that you referenced would be the best option we have most likely as it fits the most applications. Basically as long as the frame of your camper is between 22 and 72 inches in width when measured from outside to outside this hitch will fit and work great for towing an ATV or SXS trailer.

To add a 4-way then you'd just want the part # 18252.
