Can the etrailer Curt C56011 wiring harness be used to operate my tail, brake, and turn signals from the wiring from my motorhome while the 2009 Honda fit sport is being towed? Kind of in reverse from the original design. Perhaps you have a plug and play harness for what I am trying to do. I already have 4 wire harness back to my magnet lights.

This is a good question but trailer wiring cannot be used in reverse to act as tow bar wiring. But we do have a plug and play option that does fit your 2009 Honda Fit with the part # HM56302 which is what it sounds like you are looking for.
