Yes, the Replacement Base Assembly for Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # DM6316 is specifically designed for flatbeds that have 2-5/16" recessed gooseneck hitch ball. Just keep in mind that the top of the gooseneck ball must be 13/16" or closer to the top of the truck bed for the hitch to install. It has a gross towing weight of 21,000 lbs and vertical load limit of 5,250lbs. It also has 3 different hitch height settings: 12", 13-1/4", and 14-1/2".
