I have a solution for you, but in all likelihood you will need to remove the batteries of the bikes in order to get them to a manageable capacity for a rack that holds 3 bikes. You will also need a 2" hitch on your 2008 Toyota Sienna, since a 1-1/4" hitch will not be capable of carrying bikes of this size. If you don't already have a hitch on your Sienna, the etrailer # e98837 is a great choice and will allow you to carry a bike rack capable of handling these bikes.
With that said, the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 4 Fat Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # HR1400Z-FB can carry fat tire bikes that weigh up to 50-lbs each and is one of the best solutions out there. This rack tilts away to allow access to the rear cargo area, and can fold up towards the vehicle when not in use; it also comes with locks for the bike and the rack to the hitch, so your investments are always secure.
If the bikes have aggressive step through frames, you will also need bike frame adapter bars like the # 64005, which will allow the rack to secure the bikes. This is commonly needed with women's or children's bikes, but we see it more and more with some of these e-bikes, so you will want to take that into consideration.
I've linked a review video of this rack for you to check out, but it's going to be the best available solution for your fat tire e-bikes.
