The Curt # C13416and the etrailer # e23ZR Class 3 hitches would provide about the same amount of ground clearance, If I had to choose between them I'd go with the etrailer brand because it's manufactured in the US like the Curt, but also features a matte black powder coat finish that blends into the underside of the vehicle better than the glossy finish on the Curt.

When we installed both hitches on a 2021 Toyota RAV4, we found that the hitches both had about 10 inches of ground clearance under them. We haven't had the opportunity to install the EcoHitch # EH97FR, but given the way the hitch installs, I'd expect the ground clearance to be similar to that of the other 2 hitches.

If you'll be using the hitch for towing, you'll also want to add a trailer wiring harness, part # C56434, a ball mount like # D-28, a # PC3 hitch pin and a trailer ball like # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch.
