What Size Spare Wheel Fits Trailer Hitch Installed 2021 Toyota Highlander Platinum

My car has a 20 in. spare tire, I was told that the 13453 will work on my new Highlander that I may have to guide the 20 inch spare out and back in. Is this correct?

All of the hitches available for your 2021 Toyota Highlander Platinum require the spare wheel to be a smaller diameter than 18 inches including the Curt hitch # C99FR that you mentioned.
