Correct Trailer Hitch for a 2021 Toyota Highlander XSE

Hello, I just bought a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s the sport model of the Highlander. It has a heavier towing capacity with the stiffer suspension that comes on the XSE. I tried to add a tow hitch when I bought it new from the dealer but they said Toyota doesn’t make a tow kit for it yet and neither do aftermarket companies since the bumpers on the XSE are unique to all other highlander models. I’m wanting to add a tow hitch, trailer brake and 7-pin plug but can’t seem to find accurate info. Can you guide me on what I can do to achieve this outcome and confirm it’s 100 accurate for the 2021 highlander XSE model specifically.

I called Curt and confirmed the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C99FR is a fit for a 2021 Toyota Highlander XSE. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C45CR is not a fit for XSE models. The former was redesigned for the XSE.
In order to complete this setup you'll need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C76CR, Brake Controller Install Kit part # ETBC7L, and the Curt Echo part # C51180.
