Question:

I have a 2018 geo pro. The trailer is equipped with a jack it power tounge lift with an attached bike rack. The power lift now has a bad up down switch. Should I replace the switch or the whole jack. It may still be under warranty but the dealer is in another state.

The Lippert Electric Trailer Jack part # LC285318 would likely be a direct replacement for the existing tongue jack. That said, there is a newer upgraded model in the Lippert Power Stance Electric Trailer Jack part # LC69VR so this is what I recommend for a full replacement. They both should work with the Jack-It.

If you can provide me with the exact model number of the jack I can see if there is a replacement rocker switch assuming that's indeed the issue. The Lippert jacks all come with a one year warranty.
