Question:

Can you tell me if your part Item # BD500203 will fit my tongue jack? I have a FIC-3500. I was told my stabilizer hand crank would work and never tried it. When I did, it wouldnt even fit in the hole after I took the rubber seal off. I need a manual crank handle thats a little smaller than my stabilizer hand crank.

We don't carry the Fastec FIC-3500 electric tongue jack or parts specifically for it. From what I read in online forums both parts and documentation for this imported jack are hard to come by. I was able to find the owner's manual online but it only identifies the manual crank by a part code "J" with no dimensions or details.

What you might do is measure both the hole size in the jack housing and the fitting size within it and then look for a socket you can use with your cordless drill for easier faster cranking. If you care to tell us those dimensions we can check to see if one of the hand crank tools we do carry will fit. For instance if the jack has a 3/4" hex head bolt to operate it manually you could use Lippert # LC285324.

Unfortunately we don't have any specific replacement parts like that for the FIC3500 jack. The best solution I can offer is a brand new jack like the excellent # EJ-3520-BBX.
