  The collar being loose on your stabilizer jack may be the issue as that is part of the motor assembly. The motor directly connects to the threaded rod so with that being loose it may have broken off and disconnected from the threaded rod. Instead we do have one option that will work for you with the Ultra Fab Stabilizer Jacks # UF39-941707 as it will work on RV frames that are between 42 and 77 inches.
