Thanks for letting us help Mike. The Round Pipe Mount Swivel Trailer Jack # TJP-7001S-B measures 16-1/2" tall when fully retracted. I will include a graphic that shows this measurement.

Are you replacing an existing pipe mount jack?

Thanks for the answer, Christopher. We recently received several TJP-7001S-B jacks that are overall 17-7/8" tall (retracted) instead of the 16-1/2" we expected to get and that you show. Is there a different number for the 17-7/8" jack?

@Mike Sorry about the confusion. I was looking into this and I actually measured the wrong jack in our warehouse. The jack I measured was # TJP-5001S-B. All of the stock for the # TJP-7001S-B is actually in our Salt Lake City warehouse. I had someone from there grab a measurement for me and he got 18-1/2" retracted. This is obviously slightly different from the 17-7/8" you're coming up with. Do you a see a part number on the jacks you received or do you still have the box?

@ChristopherH The jacks we have are clearly marked TJP-7001S-B. We originally had shorter jacks that were probably TJP-5001S-B. What is the load rating of the 5001 jack? Thanks, Mike Burke
