How Does Curt Hitch C15511 Fit Both 34 & 37-1/2 Inch Frames on 1993 Ford Super Duty

This item says it was designed to fit both the 34 inch and the 37-1/2 inch frame widths. your diagram shows the holes center up at over 34 inch wide. How does this fit on a 34 inch wide frame?

That's a really good question, and the reason the Curt 3-Piece Trailer Hitch Receiver - Multi Fit # C15511 is able to fit both 34 inch and 37-1/2 inch frames on your 1993 Ford is due to the placement of the side plates.

If you take a look of the photo I added you can see it has side plates which do not come attached. To fit this to a 37-1/2 inch frame on your '93 Ford you will attach the side plates with the bolt holes facing outward, and to fit the hitch to a 34 inch frame you will attach the bolt holes facing inward.
