For your 2019 Ford Ranger the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # 331-EBRH-ACCV2 is a really great option but the correct install harness is actually the part # 331-TPH-007 which plugs in easily under the dash and not what you mentioned. For your 2019 Ford Ranger the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR is a really great option but the correct install harness is actually the part # 331-TPH-007 which plugs in easily under the dash and not what you mentioned.

If you check out the instlal video link I attached to this page you'll see exactly where to find the install port on your truck to install the Redarc controller. Basically you have to drop down the panel right under the steering wheel and to the left of the brake pedal you'll have to reach up and around to find the harness. If you fast forward to the 15 minute mark you can see where our installer finds the bundle of wires.
