Hey, Stephen!
We got just what you need. Since you don't have a tow package, I'm not sure if you have a hitch on your 2025 Ford Ranger so I'll include one just in case.
Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver Part # DT35PR
Curt T-Connector With 7-Way Part # C96GJ
Curt Mounting Bracket For 7-Way Harness Part # C67UR
Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller Part # RED52VR
The Redarc brake controller has becomes quite the fan favorite since the only part of the controller showing on the dash is the the control knob. Another great future is that it will calibrate automatically as you drive. From there you can use the knob to fine tune it.
Below are some pictures of how people have mounted the knob and a link to an install video for a 2021 Range. That's the newest install video we have but it will still give you a good idea how it will install on your 2025.
