We can get your 2005 Ford F-150 with a 4-way set up with a trailer hitch receiver and brake controller so you can tow your trailer. Since your truck does not have a factory hitch, and you need to tow a heavy 7,000 lb trailer, the hitch that will fit and has the needed capacity is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C14357.
This is a Class IV hitch with a 10,000 lb towing capacity, which is the most available for your F-150. As for the brake controller, since you already have a 4-way, in order to install the controller you will need the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7.
This has the needed wiring, hardware, and 7-way so you can install a brake controller. As for the controller and wiring harness go with the Curt Venturer NEXT # C74VV and Wiring Adapter # C51322.
