Yes, the Draw-Tite Class II Trailer Hitch, part number 36416, will fit your 2008 Toyota Camry SE.

You will need a drawbar and a properly sized hitch ball along with a wiring harness to complete your towing setup. The Class II Drawbar 2-5/8" Rise or 3-1/4" Drop (Kit), part number 36071. is the recommended drawbar for your vehicle and should be used in the rise position only. With this drawbar the pin and clip are included. If you need a hitch lock part number 7682 will work with this hitch.

For a 2013 Camry, you'd want to use the Draw-Tite Class II, part #36540. This hitch will fit a vehicle with a dual exhaust. The #36416 hitch you referred to is a fit for the 2007-2011 Camry, so it won't fit your 2013 model.
