I am ordering bx7380, bx1139, hm39530 so I can flat tow 2018 JLU Wrangler. Which brake light relay kit should i order?

A brake light relay actually isn't required for your 2018 Jeep JLU Wrangler.

In addition to the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1139, Alpha 2 Tow Bar # BX7380, and Brake Buddy Stealth # HM39530 I recommend using the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154.

The Brake Buddy Stealth has provisions for a 4-Way flat connector so this wiring kit will plug right into it without having to splice wires together. This kit is technically meant to extend out to the motorhome so you can cut and splice one of the male connectors if you want to get rid of some excess wiring but it isn't necessary.
