Will this work with the Swagman Traveler XC2 RV bike rack for 2inch receiver?

The Swagman Traveler XC2 part # S64027 doesn't use a standard hitch pin as it attaches to the shank of a ball mount so the hitch lock # S64027 would not work for it. For a hitch lock to use with the ball mount you attach this rack to you could use the part # 63232 which is also an anti-rattle device.
