LCI Level Up Error Message Function Disabled Troubleshooting

Question:

It says function disabled. I have to do it manually. Also how do I raise the rear jacks before I raise the front jacks to connect the truck?

What exactly does the error message say? Does it seem to work at all in spite of the error message?

If a customer gets this error, it is from 1 of 2 reasons. 1) When they took unit off truck and pressed auto level, the system did not see that the unit was nose high or 2) After they pressed auto level, they adjusted the level of the trailer. In order to hook back up to the truck, they will need to go into manual mode. Once in manual mode, press retract and then press and hold rear to retract the rears. Once the rears are fully retracted, they can press retract again, now system is in extend mode. Then they can press and hold front to raise high enough to back truck under. Then they back the truck under, press retract again and then press and hold front to lower the front. Once trailer is hooked to the truck, press and hold front to finish retracting the front jacks the rest of the way. Then they will turn the pad off and they are good to go.
