Question:

Just installed a receiver for our 2015 Lexus RX350. Also got custom wiring harness, but no juice coming out. Ive read something about a relay that i need. Do you sell it? Also, looking for a Class III hitch with about a 4 inch and 3/4 inch hole. Do you have that? thanks.

There are two different Tekonsha 4 pole options for the 2015 Lexus RX350, the # 118255 or the # 118252. The # 118252 is a factory replacement, which means it's a replacment for a damaged factory connector and will only work if your vehicle arrived from the factory with a 4 pole trailer connector.

If it did not have a factory connector, you'll need the # C56217. Unfortunately, it's not just a matter of adding a fuse or relay to activate the tow package wiring so the # 118252 will work.

A class III hitch would typically use a trailer ball with a 1 inch diameter shank. For a ball mount with a 4 inch drop, use # 2753 or for a 4 inch rise, use # D-28. The # 2753 includes a hitch pin, but the # D-28 does not so you'd need the # PC3. For a 1 inch diameter shank trailer ball, use # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch ball or # 63845 for a 2 inch.
