This hitch tucks up so nicely under the rear bumper of my '17 RX350. Installation was not a problem at all, even for this 60 yo working on the floor in the garage. Less than 45 minutes and it properly torqued and ready for the Kuat bike rack.
This was a perfect fit and a relatively easy install for my 2019 Lexus RX-350. The Sales and Support team at etrailer did an excellent job communicating and following up throughout the process. The product arrived when promised, and the installation process was so simple that I didn’t need to contact support.
If you're installing it by yourself, you'll need to angle it over the exhaust system and use a jack or stacked bricks/wood to hold it in place so that there’s no weight resting on the exhaust. Once you have a screw installed on each side, simply install the remaining screws and torque them to the manufacturer's specifications. There are some helpful YouTube videos that detail the installation. I plan to use this with a bike rack.
My hitch fit perfectly on our 2018 Lexus RX 350 and was easy to install with the help of another person to hold it in place to get the bolts started.
very nice. i wanted a hitch that seamlessly flows with the car. something hardly noticeable. this is the one. very happy with the result. ideally easier install with 3 people. tried it on my own but quite heavy to handle.

I don't know if this is for everyone.
From opening the garage, gathering all the tools, taking the hitch out of the box, installing it and putting all the tools away was in the neighborhood of 15 minutes BY MYSELF...I'm 62.
I'm sure there are people out there that want to struggle, rebend the brackets, re-drill holes, etc. If that's the case, don't buy this hitch. It goes on way too easily.
And if you go looking for a better deal, I don't think you'll find one. I only look for several minutes and this one popped up and it was delivered to my house in a matter of days with the free shipping.

The hardest thing about the installation was the weight. Two helper jack stands and 30 minutes I was done.
Perfect fit. I was able to install by myself in 20 mins. It looks great and you hardly notice it when not in use. I would advise buying a longer receiver for the ball so it keeps it away from the plastic bumper on the car.
The hitch works great. Only thing is 5 out of the 6 bolts were used to secure the hitch to our 17 Lexus RX350 AWD. For the life of me, I couldn't get the last bolt to screw in. I tried angling the hitch in multiple different ways, swapped the bolts around. The hole in the hitch is not aligned. But 5 out of 6 ain't bad.
Was perfect - installation was smooth with clear instructions that were easy to follow (had help from a friend) and it's held up well to-date.
Arrived on time, packaged very well, quality hitch. I'm 77 and working on my back on a 59-year-old creeper on my garage floor, but with the help of a floor jack (and the etrailer installation video), I got the hitch installed on my 2018 Lexus RX350 by myself in about a half hour, including double checking the torque.
Purchased for 2017 Lexus RX350. Packaged in heavy box - no loose hardware or damage even with UPS leaving it out in the rain.
Install was 30 min start to finish - used a floor jack to raise and hold the receiver until all bolts were started. All fit with no issues.
All good. Great delivery. Product is what it was said to be. Works great for my bike rack.
About the 4th one ive installed. It seems the newer the vehicle the easier. Installed vehicles from 2000 to 2019.

Easy to install, me and my husband installed it in 30 min without big tools, the hitch looks very nice on my Lexus. Great customer service ! Direction are very helpful and clear. Will order another hitch for my husbands car so we can use both cars to transport our road bikes on trips with us.
