Dear etrailer, How come there isnt an installation video for 118255 on a lexus rx 350 f sport? am I missing this video somewhere? I just purchased the curt trailer hitch 13143 and the wiring harness 118255. is it that straight forward to install both? should I install the wiring harness before the hitch like one of your reviewers have recommended? thank you so much and I look forward to installing my hitch later this week. sincerely

We shoot installation videos as local customers bring in their vehicles. We may not always have access to a specific vehicle (or a specific version of one, such as the F Sport) to make a video for all compatible cars but we do have a video showing hitch installation on a 2015 Lexus RX 350 and this is linked for you along with the written instructions. You can refer to the instructions for a list of tools needed and step-by-step guidance. I also linked a helpful general article on hitch installation.
Most of the installation shown in the linked video will apply to all versions of the car. The order of installation between the hitch and the wiring is simply a matter of choice.

I am having issue installing wiring harness from Tekonsha 118255. Hardware hitch went in great! The problem is the wiring harness. I too have 2015 Lexus RX350 Fsport. I could not find 10 pin connector passenger rear corner where there is supposed to be one. My online research for this models says there isnt one...no prep for a tow package on this trim of the RX350. What are my options? Is there a generic harness I can splice into the tail lights? Another modular harness for this model RX350. Just tried online chat with Etrailer and was told nothing available. thanks!!!
