There is a trailer hitch that fits your 2020 Toyota Highlander, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C99FR.
This is a bolt-on installation that does not require any drilling to install, and is mostly concealed so your Highlander keeps its OEM look. I have added a photo a customer sent in of this hitch on their 2020 Highlander so you can see how it will look when you install it on yours.
