The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 306-X7303 based on capacity is comparable to a class II hitch. It does have the 2 inch receiver for compatible accessories similar to the class III and higher hitches but the max tongue weight for this particular hitch is 300 lbs. It can use those larger accessories you will just be restricted to 300 lbs tongue weight.

With this hitch, it appears that it does not fully clear the black trim in the back (where the exhausts are), does that guard that I've seen in videos and pictures come with the hitch?
