Aluminum and steel alloy construction is durable and eco-friendly. Powder coat finish resists rust.Very sturdy hitch. I installed it solo on my 2014 Mazda 3 sedan in 1-½ hours. The written instructions were accurate and complete. The crossbar is completely hidden making for an attractive installation. Ground clearance (bottom of receiver to ground) is a bit skinny at 9-½ inches; but that's because of the car's low clearance. The distance from hitch pin to the rear of the bumper is approximately 5 inches.
Fairly easy installation, with a unique installation tool.I installed the hitch on a 2018 Mazda 3 4 door and it went very smooth. My son and I installed it in about 90 minutes. Very stout 2" hitch that should provide years of use for him and his bike.
Read the instructions carefully and you'll have no problem installing it. The tool I mentioned is a wire with a spring on the end. Though it's not used as a spring, it's used to thread the bolt onto it so you can pull it and the backing plate through the hole in the frame to reach the other side. Ingenious way of doing this.
Everything is included with the kit, even some edging to put around the cut out in the bottom of the bumper that the receiver pulls up to. Again, very well thought out.
We are very pleased with the robustness of the hitch and would definitely recommend this hitch to anyone thinking about putting one on their vehicle.
Very easy to install and I like the look of only the receiver showing. I have done other hitches that required removal of the rear plastic bumper, a delicate task. This hitch does not. An easy hour job but an assistant is very useful so you can slowly guide the hitch up to the frame without dislodging the bolts that will attach it.
Works well for my needs. I attach a platform for hauling a motorized wheelchair. It works well on our little mazda car.
Great hitch, gives my small car so many more options when carrying bikes and cargo. Install wasn't hard but it was involved because you had to remove the rear bumper. But I'm happy with the low profile so you won't notice it when nothing is on the hitch.
PS removing the bumper is easy, it's just screw and clips just read the instructions since there is pictures and anyone can do it.
Great product. I’ve towed a 1500lb trailer a couple of times over 150 miles one way with no issues. Also it doubles as a sturdy bike rack holder.
Delivery was on time. Fits nicely on my 2017 Mazda 3. it is good to install it with 2 people. Basically installation was as described in the videos but if you are installing it the first time it takes more time and reassurance of each step.

Outstandin perfect zero issues
Fast delivery, easy return of an incorrect order and a solid looking product. Just make sure you order the X7303 version if you have the Mazda 3 sedan.
Worked out great. I'm not the most skilled auto guy and put this on with the help of my wife in less than 90 minutes. Thanks so much.
