How To Install the Firestone Inflation Valve F3032-1

Question:
I just received the Firestone Inflation Valve for 1/4inch Tubing but Im not totally sure how it is installed. Do I just push it on the tube - with no further adjustment required?

In order to install the Firestone Inflation Valve part # F3032-1 you'll first need to drill a hole to secure it, most us the plastic guard around the license plate. Then you can use the supplied washers and jamb nuts to secure it to the vehicle. There is a cap that then goes over the inflation valve while not in use. The other end of the fitting uses what is known as a push-to-connection therefore all you need to do is take the end of the hose and insert it into the fitting then pull back to lock in place.
