Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Firestone inflation valve. This inflation valve, or Schrader valve, is going to connect to air springs and other components that use 1/4 of an inch air line to provide a manual inflation point. This valve includes this protective cap that you see here to keep out dirt and water. And let me go ahead and just remove this nut real quick and I'm gonna retrieve my ruler here. I'm just gonna go ahead and give you the measurement of the threaded portion.
So as you can see, that's 3/4 of an inch, and this is directly from Firestone. So, you can trust that this is going to fit right in place of the original if you're using this as a replacement or it's gonna work without any issues whatsoever with your Firestone products, you're not gonna have to worry about compatibility issues, fitment issues, or anything like that. I do wanna point out that the construction material of the fitting may vary depending on what you get, just so you're aware of that. Again, if you're looking for an inflation valve or a Schrader valve that's going to connect to your air springs and other components that use 1/4 of an inch air lines to give you that manual inflation point, this is gonna be just what you need.
