Will this work on a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta sportwagon TDI? If not do you have another hitch that is rounded tube looks like this hitch

There's only one Class I hitch receiver confirmed to fit your 2013 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen TDI- the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 306-X7284, and while it has the hidden crosstube, it has the same 2,000 lb towing capacity as the Curt # C11474.

You would also need a ballmount and hitch balls, for those I recommend the etrailer 2-3/4" Rise or 4" Drop Ball Mount Kit - 7,500 lbs # EBMK4. To power your trailer lights, I recommend the 4-Pole Flat, Hardwire Kit # C59496

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Euro Drawbar # C114122 you referenced is for a Volkswagen Golf, so it will not fit your Jetta.
