The only trailer hitch we have listed as a confirmed fit for a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen TDI is the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 306-X7284. I checked with Curt and they do not list the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11474 as a fit for the TDI SportWagen so I cannot recommend this.
