Airlift Kit Compatible with 5th Wheel Brackets on 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500

Question:

I have fifth wheel plates on my truck and air bags off my old 1 ton will not fit.I ook at the video you have and I cant see how I can get the u bolt between the frame and the fifth wheel plates.Can you help. Thanks

Airlift does offer LoadLifter air bag kits that are compatible with the 5th wheel brackets already installed on your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, but the air bags that fit your previous 2015 Silverado 3500 are different enough that they are not a fit for your 2018 half ton.

As long as your truck doesn't have the MagneRide suspension, I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Springs with Internal Bumpers part # AL88204 (if you have a 5 ft.9 or 6 ft. 6 bed), or the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers, part # AL88211 if you have a long bed.

Note that some drilling is required but the above kits will work with the 5th wheel brackets installed on your 2018 Silverado 1500.
