Question:

will 56007-53rail kit fit a little rocker hitch and will they work with air lift 88204 bags

For a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with a 6-1/2 foot bed you can use use Reese installation kit # RP56007-53. This kit comes with custom brackets that were designed for the frame of your truck. The custom kit will install in half the time of the universal kit and does not require any drilling into the vehicle frame. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.

I spoke with my contact at Reese and he said they do not test competitor's 5th wheel hitches with Reese rails. To be sure there are some measurements that you can take. The mounting slots on the Reese rails measure approximately 22 inches apart on center.

When measuring from side to side the inside set is 10 inches apart on center. The middle set is 20-1/5 inches apart on center. The outside set is 29 inches apart on center. There are some very specific measurements which I have included in a picture for you at right.

If the hitch tabs match the above dimensions then it will most likely fit.

I also spoke with my contact at Air Lift and he confirmed that Air Lift Vehicle Suspension, part # AL88204, will fit with your 2014 Chevy Silverado with a 5th wheel hitch. The system mounts to the bottom of the frame members, and therefore will not interfere with the fifth wheel install brackets.
