We do have a video showing the installation of the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-524438-4 on a Ford Fiesta, though it is of a 2015 Fiesta. That is the same generation (body style) of a 2019 Fiesta though so the installation will be the same on your '19 as the video shows. I have added a link on this page of the video for you to check out.
Also please keep in mind those base plates only fit the Fiesta so long as it is NOT an ST model and does not have the EcoBoost. Along with base plates there are a number of other parts needed to flat tow your 2019 Ford Fiesta, which I'll list for you:
- Base Plate Kit: Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-524438-4
- Tow Bar: Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522
- Safety Chains: Roadmaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables # RM-643
- Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
- Supplemental Braking System: Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251
OR
- For a motorhome with air brakes: Air Force One Supplemental Braking System for Motorhomes with Air Brakes # SM99243
- Automatic Transmission Only: Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch # RM-766
- Manual Transmission Only: Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit # RM-88400
You may also need a high-low adapter in order to keep your tow bar level, and I've added a link to a help article which shows you how to determine if you need an adapter, as well as a link to our selection of adapters. Additionally, I have added links to instruction manuals, video reviews and installations for you to take a look at.
