I have a few of options for you, but this exact Erickson 2-Slot Horizontal E-Track # EM19145 isn't offered with a black powder coat finish.

The Erickson Mini E-Track Plate # EM09134 is the closest option I have. It also has 2 horizontal slots and a nice matte black powder coat finish for superior corrosion resistance and adds a nice rugged look to it as well. This plate has a safe working load limit (WLL) of 800 lbs and a maximum load (break strength) of 2,400 lbs, which is much lower than the # EM19145, but should still be plenty for most applications.

Another option which I really like is the CargoSmart Horizontal or Vertical X-Track # 3486500. The X-Track allows you to use the single anchor slot on the e-track however you want, either vertically or horizontally, so instead of having to choose which one to buy depending on your application, or needing to buy two different ones, the X-Track serves both purposes.It features a similar matte black finish and has a WLL of 667 lbs with a max break strength of 2,000 lbs. The best part about it is that it's fully compatible with any e-track accessory that you may already own, like the E-Track Tie Down Ring # 59147, E-Track Strap with Ratchet # EM59136, or E-Track Wood Beam Socket # 59149, just to name a few.
