This steel backing plate for the E-track or D-ring in your enclosed trailer provides more support than just securing it with wood or metal screws. Bolt the plate to your E-track on the opposite side of the wall or under the floor.

Note: The included hardware lets you mount your E-track on surfaces up to 2" thick.
This backing plate provides more support for your E-track (sold separately) than only using wood or metal screws. Simply put, it allows the pulling force to be distributed over a greater area. This prevents your mower, ATV, or other heavy object from pulling your E-track away from its mounting surface and tearing up your trailer's wall or floor. It's perfect for trailers with thin walls or floors.
Pre-drilled holes accommodate the standard 4-bolt mounting pattern found on most horizontal or vertical E-tracks. There are also holes to accommodate a D-ring, Snap-Loc, or odd-shaped tie-down anchor.
To install, drill pilot holes in your mounting surface. Place your E-track or D-ring where you're mounting it and insert the included bolts. On the opposite side of your wall or floor, place the plate over the bolts and secure them using the included washers and nylon lock nuts.

I have had these installed on my utility trailer for a year. They were easy to install and do an excellent job holding my e-track and 1000 lb bike down. Well worth the price and the peace of mind knowing I am not just relying on some screws.
These E-tracks installed relatively easily on my new trailer using the available backing plates. Total install of 18' of track took less than 4 hours - a one man job except for the final tightening of the bolts included in the backing plate kit.

The backing plates seem like good quality, Look at where you want to install to make their is no interference it was an easy install

No issues installing the E-Track backer plates This is the second enclosed trailer I've installed these on.
Works great! Under my enclosed trailer there’s lots of places I couldn’t get more than 2 bolts on the bracket but still plenty strong for my street bike.
They work very well. I have had them installed for a year and am still very pleased with their fit, function, and ability to provide me with a sense of security about the e-tracks in my utility trailer while hauling my motorcycle. I used 3 per 5-foot section and feel much more confident than just screws.
Makes installing the E-Tracks easier and certainly makes the installation stronger

They are exactly what I needed
I haven't had a chance to install the product yet, but the packing was in shreds. The boxes had huge holes in them and the parts were easily visible. Some of them were on the verge of falling out.
