INSTALLING ROADMASTER NIGHTHAWK ALL TERRAIN TOW KIT INTO 2017 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. i would like to know an estimated time frame for installing this kit if you could please

The installation of the Roadmaster Nighthawk Tow Bar will not take much time at all, though I believe you are asking about the time for the entire flat tow set up for your 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This will of course depend on who is doing the installation and their experience level, but we can give you some good estimates of the following parts, which are a fit for your '17 Grand Cherokee (Note: the base plates do not fit SRT-8 models):
- Base Plate Kit: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521440-5
- Tow Bar: Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar with LED Lights # RM-676
- Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
- Supplemental Braking System: Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251
OR
- For a motorhome with air brakes: Air Force One Supplemental Braking System for Motorhomes with Air Brakes # SM99243
Keeping in mind these are just estimates, the base plate kit should take in the range of 3-5 hours, the wiring kit will be a couple hours, and the braking system, which is a bit more involved, can be in the neighborhood of 6 hours or so. Hopefully this gives you an idea of the time needed, and I have also added links to instruction manuals and videos of installations to check out.
Additionally, you may also need a high-low adapter in order to keep your tow bar level, and I've added a link to a help article which shows you how to determine if you need an adapter, as well as a link to our selection of adapters.
