Can the 4 pin flat connector be swapped for a 6 pin round female so I can use my current 7 to 6 pin coiled cord from the motorhome to toad lighting? My toad is a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

No, you can't but I have a way to make your lights work with your current parts. You'll want to install the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit item # RM-152 and item # RM-910030-7 if you need the 6-pin connector.
Here are the rest of the parts you'll need to flat tow your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee:
Tow Bar and Safety Chains - etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates item # e74ZR
Base Plate Kit - Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms item # RM-521440-5
Charge Line - Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles item # RM-156-25
Supplemental Braking System - SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System item # SM99251 or item # SM99243 if your motorhome has air brakes. You will also need the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit item # RM-751000 to ensure that your supplemental braking system is properly positioned and working effectively. This kit activates your RV's monitoring system to alert you when the brakes of your towed car are being applied.
High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter.
