Will I be able to use this part on the base: RockyMounts DriveShaft Track Truck Bed Bike Rack - Thru-Axle Mount - Factory Track Systems Item # RKY1086? Thank you.

I have a great solution for you but unfortunately the RockyMounts DriveShaft Track Truck Bed Bike Rack part # RKY1086 will not work with the Saris Traps Fork-Block 3 Bike Rack part # SATRK34-BLK3 . The DriveShaft is designed for track systems in truck beds and has an area that extends past the connecting edge of it and it would not sit flush or flat on the Traps. Instead I like the RockyMounts DriveShaft HM Truck Bed Bike Carrier - Thru-Axle Mount part # RKY1084. This will give you all of the same functions of the other that is designed for the tracks but you won't have the interference issue I mentioned.
You will need to attach them using a t slot bolt like the Replacement Square Head Bolt part # 853208904 and a nut like the 3-Wing, Low M6 Hand Knob part # 753-0783 .
