Question:
I am going to install the Blue OX base plate and toad wiring myself and want to tackle the Air Force one installation also. How long should it take once I have the base plate and the wiring done?

We haven't had the chance to install the Demco SBS Air Force One Supplemental Braking System # SM99243 on a 2020 Jeep Gladiator, but I checked with a couple of our in house installers, and they said it typically takes them a whole day (about 8 hours) to complete the install from start to finish. Now, some of that time they spend filming the installation, but they are also working in a professional setting with commercial lifts and all the necessary tools readily available as well, so in the end it evens out. Just to be safe, you'll want to set aside one whole day for this installation.
That being said, it would take 2-3 fewer hours to install the Demco SBS Second Vehicle Kit # SM99209 by itself, since you wouldn't have to spend time installing the air tank # SM99627 in the coach.
