So it's never a bad idea to pick up a replacement small plug, and a large plug for your tow vehicle and your towed vehicle. This is what's going to ensure the longevity and smooth running of your SMI system. This is going to go over the end of your female and male end, so that you don't have to worry about getting any dirt or debris inside your air hose fitting when you're not using it. We'll put one on our vehicle end too, just to keep the dirt and debris out of that also.My personal opinion, if I had a system just like this, I would want to make sure all of my plugs are all plugged up before I go anywhere after my trip. So that means when I unhook my air hose that stretch from my towed vehicle to my tow vehicle, I'm going to pick up a couple of these extra plugs and put them over top of the fittings on my hose too, just to make sure everything in that hose stays nice and clean.Well guys, with all that being said, that's going to do it for our review and replacement of our large and small rubber caps.
I am a returning customer and again find the product and service excellent. I am sure I will be back yet again. I would recommend etrailer to my friends. I could not find the caps for my AF1 supplemental braking system even at their site - yet, I did find them on etrailer!
Purchased to keep brake system air valve clean and so pleased etrailer carried the exact part needed.

The item was listed as “in stock” and I needed it for a trip so my braking system would work. It took several days for it to be shipped, then standard shipping days. Sorry, just not what I have come to expect from etrailer.

Perfect replacement for my Demco AFO. Fits snug so it won't come off easily.
Perfect replacement caps! If you're like me and put these things in your pocket when hooking and unhooking, eventually one will go missing. I now have spares for the next time!

I bought some spare large and small air fitting covers used on our SMI Air Force One supplemental braking system. These small plastic covers can split after some use--as have the ones in use on my system. Not much more to say. They keep the dirt out of the lines. I always like to have a few spares.
Etrailer always gives good service. I usually look to them first for RV related parts.
I purchased these extra air fitting caps for my Air Force One supplemental braking system because only one of each came with the system, they are essential for keeping the air lines clean, and it woud be easy to lose or misplace them. I received exactly what I ordered, and the price and delivery time were good.
This hitch is amazing!!! Be prepared though it is very heavy! I love how easy it is to adjust to different heights and ball sizes with the 2 common sizes provided. The scale on the back can be helpful to let you know if you have the proper trailer weight. The more you use it the more you will like it!
I bought a number of these dust caps for the quick connect fitting of our auxiliary brake system. Because the plastic caps bend when being put on or pulled off, the ends of the caps can split.
The replacement caps work fine and my current supply should be good for several more years.

The large cap quick disconnect seems sturdy enough to weather all four seasons here in the east. It should last quite a long time.
It will protect the coach’s SMI Air Force One air port and the toad vehicle air nipple.
I am satisfied with its sturdiness and time will reveal whether it protects from moisture and debris.
The product was as described and expected and delivered on time. What I really want to write about is the service from etrailer and Hally C. This was a small order but Hally C treated me with respect like was a long standing customer who was placing a huge order with them again. This was actually my first order with them (and a small one at that) but will certainly not be my last. Customer service still matters in this day of lowest possible cost. So thank you to Hally C. You are outstanding to work with.
Had tow system installed on our vehicle and motorhome. First day my husband misplaced the smaller black air valve cover. Only place I could find them. Thank you. Ordered extras.
The purchase process was easy and the shipping was fast. Product is exactly as described. This will cover the air coupling on the coach and keep it clean so that the jumper hose can connect easily. It is always easy to deal with etrailer.
Changed toad, so needed a second vehicle kit for Air Force One braking system. Delivery was as promised, packaging was very secure, and price was right. Will be installing soon.

You mentioned that it did not fit and I wanted to ask if you were using it on your Quick-Disconnect air valve on your Air Force One supplemental braking system? Do you know the model number of the braking system?

Hi Jenny, yes I’m using a quick disconnect that was on the coach when I bought it. I use a M&G braking system, similar to the AF1. The quick connect air hose fitting I use came with the M&G brake I had installed on my Jeep. The vinyl cap I purchased was to small to go over the female quick connect fitting on the back of the coach...
