We definitely have everything you need to set your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited up for flat towing, however the components are not available in a single kit. To flat tow the Jeep you will need a base plate kit, a tow bar, safety cables, a lighting solution, and a supplemental braking system. I will list out my specific recommendations below so that you can have everything you need on this handy answer page, and go into a bit more detail on each product further down.
Base Plate Kit - Roadmaster Crossbar-Style # RM-521448-4 (assuming you have the standard factory bumper)
Tow Bar - Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain # RM-522
Safety Cables - Roadmaster 64" # RM-645
Lighting Solution - Roadmaster Diode Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
Braking System - Brake Buddy Select 3 # HM39524
The Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit is designed specifically for your Wrangler and it features hidden brackets to maintain a clean appearance when you aren't towing. It will hook right up to the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain Tow Bar, which itself uses a non-binding setup that allows for easy release at any time, even on unlevel ground. Its extra-long telescoping arms provide better maneuverability and it's made right here in the USA.
The Roadmaster Diode System will let you tap into the Jeep's tail light circuits to that the lights illuminate with the RV's during travel. I really like the Brake Buddy Select 3 because it offers an extremely effective and portable system that's easy to setup and can easily be removed when the trip is over. It will physically press down on the Jeep's brake pedal in proportion to the braking on your motorhome.
Lastly, it's possible that you will also need a high-low adapter in order to keep the tow bar within the "Safety Zone" (within 3" above or below level). I have attached a great article that explains how to choose the best one for your setup, along with a link that will take you to our available selection. I have also included video reviews on all the products mentioned that you can check out as well.
