We have a variety of rear suspension enhancement options for your 2020 F-150 XLT and the best one really depends on what you plan on using it for. If you will be carrying a load quite often then an air bag solution is best because you can customize it for each load you carry. However, if you're only wanting a little help every now and again then you're better off with a jounce-style spring that requires no maintenance, but only helps out as more load is placed in the bed.
For air suspension I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2582 because they have a double-convoluted design with a rolled crimp seal for better durability than other air bag options on the market. This kit is for your pickup unless you have an in-bed hitch or a Raptor model. It's also worth noting that you need to have a distance of at least 8" from the outside of your frame to the inside of your tire for proper clearance.
In addition to this air bag kit I also recommend installing a compressor kit. These are very useful because it means you can adjust the psi in your air bags from the comfort of your cab. You don't have to store a compressor in your truck bed or try to plan out any of your trips so that you can get to a compressor. For your application I recommend the Air Command II # F2178 which is a dual function system that gives you the ability to adjust both air bags independently of one another.
