After your reply i have talked to several friends that have air bags and absolutely love them. What are the pros and cons of Airbags versus the Road Master System? Again not an everyday hauler (5-6 times annually) and I want close to stock comfort ride.

The RoadActive Suspension (RAS) Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit part # RAS3611-Y is what I recommend for a 2019 Ford F-150. The RAS Kit unlike the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-117-47 will engage right away so you don't have to reach a threshold before the support kicks. Therefore, they will do a better job of reducing sag/squat. In comparison to the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit part # SSA28, The RAS Kit can be adjusted and offers much greater support.
The RAS Kit will get you as close to level as possible at out all the above options.
