Question:

Just need to verify Curt 13418 Trailer hitch will work on 2020 Blazer RS before i order. Different places say yes and no. Thanks

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13418 is indeed a confirmed fit for a 2020 Chevrolet Blazer RS. In fact, I installed this hitch personally on a 2019 Chevrolet Blazer RS and there were no changes from the 2019 to 2020 model year so I know it works. I also confirmed this with Curt as well just as a precaution.

If you will be towing then you will also need a trailer wiring harness, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56325 if you need a 4-way or part # C56326 if you need a 7-way are both plug and play options. If you do need a 7-way then odds are you also need a brake controller, the Curt Echo Mobil Brake Controller part # C51180 is what I recommend for this since it's wireless which means no wire splicing or drilling into the dash to mount.

Please note, if you go with the 7-way you also need part # 18136 and part # PK12711U for mounting. I have attached an install video of the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver on a 2019 Chevrolet Blazer RS as well.
