Is the Black PVD Wheel Coating More Like Chrome or Paint

The Taskmaster Steel Modular Trailer Wheels with Black PVD Finish # 460545MBPVD are definitely not a flat black paint and I suppose that you could compare them to a black chrome color since they do reflect light very well. I would definitely say they're closer to a black chrome than just black paint. It also will not chip or peel in the same way that a chrome covered wheel would, so the PVD coating is more durable.
