This is a traditional, heavy-duty steel wheel built for real-world use. The conventional design skips decorative spokes in favor of solid construction that meets Department of Transportation standards. At 14" diameter and 5-1/2" wide, it fits common trailer tire sizes and provides dependable support across repeated trips.
The common 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and 2.62" pilot diameter make matching hubs straightforward. Wheel bolt size is 1/2"-20 for standard hardware compatibility, and the 0.453" valve stem hole diameter is ready for typical trailer stems. Backspacing ranges from about 3.32" to 3.44", so it sits right where it should without clearance surprises.
If you want a classic look, this wheel accepts the Americana Baby Moon Trailer Wheel Center Cap # AM90086 (sold separately). It’s an easy way to give your trailer a clean, vintage finish while keeping all the benefits of modern powder-coated steel construction.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

I was searching for two 14" wheels to match some old ones on my car hauler. None of the local trailer supply companies could even locate them. The people at etrailer were very helpful and nice. They found the exact style, color, and dimensions that I needed, and their prices were quite reasonable.
I am a first time user. Found old trailer of my dads in the woods hadn't been move for 30 years. Got it out decided to fix it up. Tires were shot. Started searching for used tires and rims. Found that most had used tires a close to new tire prices and no one had any good rims. So I googled and found your site. I really like your site. Straight forward, easy, and informative (very important). After viewing the "how to video" and measuring the old rim, I placed the order (free shipping made the deal). The rims arrived within four days by ups. Took them to my local tire guy had new tires mounted, put them on the trailer and am now using the trailer. The rims look great are heavy duty and were at a very reasonable cost. Check back with me in a few years to see how they are doing and I will let you know. This is more of a review of E-trailer and the process. I am impressed, and looking at ordering some other items for another trailer that needs work. I also have told everyone I know about E-trailer and how easy and professional this process was.

I ordered the Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel with Offset - 14" x 5-1/2" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Black - AM20304 as a Father's Day gift and he was thrilled with it! It was exactly what he wanted and fit the utility trailer perfectly. It was not easy finding a replacement wheel this size but I am so glad I found one at etrailer. It was the only place I found that had exactly what he needed and the best price. It looks great - not a scratch on it.

Working well after a year
.The service was excellent.The wheels and baby moons are great ,they look super on my restoration project,which is a 1968 Shasta canned ham camper. when finished I will be glad to send a picture.The paint finish on the wheels is great,I am very proud of the looks these added to my project.

this note is to Robert S I only purchased wheels by themselves. I purchased tires in chatt. tn. from cooper tire .I got baby moons off ebay.have received lots of compliments on set up
Exactly what I was looking for and received in two days after ordering. Problem with one and etrailer reshipped right away . Once received had tires mounted on the wheels and on the trailer the same dayand looking good. Put the baby moon cap on and working at finding trim rings to go on as well for the oldies look that I want . Pleased

These rims look good, have a high weight rating and allow use of baby moons. The rims looked good upon delivery with the exception that the edge was slightly bent on one rim - could be shipping or processing. These rims were bought to replace the same type of rim delivered on a 2019 Gulf Stream Vintage Cruiser. The original rims worked fine for three years then one rim cracked at a bend a would not longer hold air.
